Jay's Window Tinting & Vinyl Graphics

I needed a 44x44 window that was located in my Master Bath to get a privacy tint added or replace the window all together. I contacted Jay's and talked with Brandon. Brandon was super nice and accommodating, answering all my questions about the project. To fully replace the window with privacy glass would of cost me $1800. I stopped by and talked to Brandon at the store and he gave me a book to look at that had samples of the different styles available. I selected one, scheduled the appointment, and Brandon came to my home, cut to exact measurement and installed quickly. I couldn't be more happy with the results and it still allows light in but very private. A lifetime warranty on the tint is also a bonus since it is located in a shower area with lots of moisture. I will recommend Brandon and Ja't window tinting to anyone who has a window, windows or a vehicle that needs privacy tint. Thank you for an expert, professional and awesome job!

Great service and knowledgeable people. Got my Mini Cooper Clubman S tinted day after Christmas and I was first appointment of the day. They got right to it and had me out in an hour. I came back a week later to let them know that there where a few spots that I was unhappy with. They setup an appointment for today 1.7.20 to fix the issues. They replaced the tint on the 2 windows instead of trying to apply heat to remove bubbles and trim off jagged edges. Very impressed with the willingness to go above and beyond to make me happy. This is my second car that I have had them work on and they get a referral from me. I will post an update in a week. A month later and everything looks great. Thanks Jay. (Added more pics)

All around bad communication, unreliable and unsecure. They talked me into meeting their guy at the shop Fri after close to pull in a bay overnight. I mistakenly thought this was going above and beyond at the time. Instead, when I got there Friday, the guy who was supposed to meet me wasn't there and asked if I could just leave the keys in the car since he would be there shortly. Wasnt thrilled as some dude had already walked by 3x while I was waiting in the parking lot. Let him know I hid the key on the rear tire and just hoped he would get there quick like he said. Saturday they call and say they can't do the car now because he forgot I told him it had tint on it (via email and on phone...) and they "don't usually do tint removal on Sat". Go to pick up my car annoyed but figuring I'll have to reschedule, only to find the keys are still sitting on the tire from overnight! The guy never even came to get them, let alone pulled it in the shop. So my car sat there all night basically open since it would have unlocked itself if someone grabbed the passenger door handle. Supposedly they do decent work for the price but I'll be taking my car someplace else for the 2nd attempt.
