I recently took my truck to Detail World for decals and PPF, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team did an outstanding job. Everything turned out perfectly, just as I envisioned. The work was completed on time, and their attention to detail was excellent. Customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Mike, the owner, was super helpful, professional, and truly passionate about his work. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They also kept me updated throughout the process, sending me text messages with pictures at every step which I really appreciated! I had my windows done here back in 2019. I still have the receipts of the transaction. I reached out through email as my memory along with the person with me at the time of the deposit, that there was a lifetime guarantee on it. Well my tint as of last year started peeling from the rear window. I reached out through email with pictures of the receipts and never heard back. After failing to reach them, I am left no other choice but to leave a review. Pictures are supplied. It is very unattractive to look at and I will be disappointed to have to pay out for it to be done correctly. My brother had the same issues with this location and finally was fixed after a bad review was set up. Update: I went into the location, everyone was really nice and helpful in taking care of my concerns. I have an appointment set to get the back window tint replaced. I do appreciate the quick process of going into the location and setting the appointment after review! After the visit, I recommend to go in person as it is a smooth process.
