I am a repeat customer because the customer service is always perfect. This time the tech caught a very faint 1-in crack in my rear glass on my 2025 Tesla. It was so faint that I had to have them come and show me where it was. Any other place probably would have installed the tint right over it and not said a word. These guys having the best customer service advised me to get it fixed under warranty at Tesla and then bring it back. If they had installed the tint and not told me about it, I would have had a big problem that might have given Tesla cause not to fix it under warranty.
