Professional Automotive Detailing

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but I feel like my experience needs to be shared. I scheduled an appointment nearly a month in advance to have my vehicle detailed. I dropped it off on Monday, March 3rd, as I knew it would take a couple of days to complete. When I arrived, the gentleman who checked me in mentioned that he had me down for the 4th instead. No big deal—maybe I had marked my calendar incorrectly. I expected my car to be finished by Friday, the 7th. When I got off work early to pick it up, I realized I hadn’t received any updates. I called the shop but got no answer. I did get a call back while I was on my way, only to be told that they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. Seriously? It had been sitting there all week. Did they not think the owner would want their car back on the day they were told it would be done? No communication, no explanation—nothing. Frustratedly I told them I’d be coming to pick up my car. A few minutes later, I got another call from a polite gentleman who explained they were short-staffed. While I appreciated the explanation, communication is everything in a business like this. He assured me they could have the car finished by Tuesday and even said it would be a shame for me to miss out on such a great detail. That honestly made me laugh since I’d already missed out all week while my car was pushed aside. It’s disappointing because this company seems to have a strong track record based on their other reviews. Maybe they do incredible work—but unfortunately, they missed the mark with me this time. (EDIT) while yes I did say, “take your time”, that doesn’t mean don’t start on my car. I do have multiple vehicles, but I set this appointment a month prior. It left a sour taste in my mouth when I was told it hasn’t even been touched. Granted, if there would have been even the slightest bit of communication, this probably could have been avoided.

They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every little detail, from the interior deep clean to the flawless exterior polish.
