Steve thoroughly explained the options and reviewed samples and costs. Was able to schedule for 2 business days later. Dropped off early and used key drop. Finished same day. Completely satisfied with price, quality and service.
I stopped by last evening to hopefully get an estimate to tint my 2016 Ford Mustang. The front desk female was unprofessional and very discourteous. I asked how dark of a tint I could get without getting pulled over by the police. She held up a display and says this is the legal one. I asked her if she could compare or tell me what percentage I had on my vehicle and she said, "there is no way to tell." When I stated that they make a device for that, she said, "well we don't have one." I asked if she could take a look at what I already have and compare what they were offering, she said she could not. What??? You want to charge me 230+ dollars and will not show me if it would be darker than what I have? Give me a break. If you do not know your product and are in the tinting business and cannot look and tell me something like, "Oh yeah, it will look or be much better," then why be up front greeting new customers? No common decency from a customer service prospective. Glad there are other shops in town. I would steer clear of this one. RECEIVED A REPLY: "I am sorry that you had a less than perfect visit with us. The person you spoke with was our 15 year old daughter who does not normally work for us but was helping out because our usual customer service person was out with an emergency. She was not sure how to respond to the question of "how dark can I tint without getting pulled over." Therefore she tried to steer you toward the NC legal film. If you already have an aftermarket film on your vehicle, you are most likely already at the legal limit." Poor management then I would say. Maybe the business is so sufficient that new customers are not desired. I never said I had an aftermarket film on my vehicle to anyone in the store. It is stock as of this point. There were several people working in the store and perhaps someone with more knowledge should have been available to assist. I know in my profession, if one of my staff does not know an answer about what we do, they seek out someone who does. Well, I suppose that is with most successful businesses. Although I understand "the out with an emergency," situation, she was NOT alone at the counter and the second person did not attempt to assist her at all. In any case, first impressions still are the most important impressions a business can impress on a new customer.
I went in and got a estimate on about how much it would cost for new tint and I was walked through all the tints that they have, I am very pleased with the tint job on my mustang and the price! I would highly recommend this place to support local business and to get a good tint on your car!!
