Mac and his technicians at Black Optix Tint in Wilmington are amazing! They do so much more than just tint. That’s only one of their many services. They installed my locking lug nuts as well as installed front and rear dash cams in all 3 of my vehicles. The service was excellent and prompt, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The wiring was done to perfection and was hidden in the trim perfectly with no defects or problems. They tested each vehicle to ensure my satisfaction with the job and made sure I was completely happy before leaving with each one. While waiting I also noted the interaction with other customers and the interactions among the staff. All customers were treated with a high level of respect no matter whether they were going to spend $100 or $3000. They really value each customer through words and actions and truly seem to enjoy the products and work they do. It’s refreshing to use a business where you see the employees also use the same products and can give real-world advice regarding applications and other information. I plan to return to them whenever I need more items installed in my cars. Highly recommend.

Mac the owner did my sound system and his employee did my tint. The customer service and job was incredible. Mac stayed and hour after closing on a Saturday to make sure my sound system was exactly the way I wanted it. Everyone was very personable and friendly. I had called around Wilmington for days trying to find the best quote for a tint job and an installation for two 10 inch subs for my 2004 Land Cruiser (with navigation). The wiring was flawless and hidden perfectly. Mac made sure my sub was tuned with the amp the way I wanted it. Black Optix Tint was by far the best pricing. I’d highly recommend them and will be back for an install on my exhaust. Can’t talk yall enough.
