This place was so amazing! I took my Lexus UX there and the quality and look are absolutely pristine! Emily there was so very kind, patient and informative. She made sure that I had all the information at hand to make my decision and was extremely sweet I am so happy I came here and will never go anywhere else!

I have now used Raleigh Window Tinting twice and have left happy both times. The pricing is extremely fair and competitive, short wait times (with appointment), and they are very knowledgeable on the options available.

Pros: Tint install looks great Cons: I have gotten at least 8 vehicles tinted here and always had a good experience. This time was different. I didn’t recognize any of the employees. I was told it will cost a little more than the $180 I always paid in the past since I have wing windows. Fair enough. Well, when it was completed they charged me $90 more which I feel was more than a little. When asked about the price I was told it was because it has ceramic tint. All my previous vehicles had ceramic tint. In, the past all my tint jobs were completed in 45 minutes or less. I was also told it will take a “little” longer since I have wing windows. No problem. Well, I arrived at 11:50 for 12:00 appointment. The vehicle wasn’t completed until 2:10, which caused me to miss my 2:00 meeting, once again much longer than a little. When I expressed my concerns regarding price and the wait time. I was not offered an apology, only rude responses. If you had good experiences in the past like I have, I would not go back as things have drastically changed. There are plenty of other tint places around, that I assume care about their customers.
