I recently had a dent removed from my drivers side door and my experience at Dent Dominator was incredibly easy from start to finish. Overall the entire process took less than a week and I couldn't be happier with the results. Ken kept me updated every step of the way and he did a fantastic job. My car looks good as new. I would highly recommend this shop and will use for future work.
I backed up into one of those industrial mailboxes in a parking lot just 3 days after buying a really nice (practically new) used car. I was devastated and kicking myself that I had dinged up the trunk of this great car. Ken had me come over to his shop to evaluate what could be done - gave me a very fair estimate and was able to schedule the repair for the following Saturday. He fixed the dent, painted over where there was some loss and even applied paint to an area where I saw some deep scratches at the front that I hadn't noticed before. Ken was awesome at communicating throughout the whole process and when the job was done, the car looked back to how it looked when I first got it. Great work! Would definitely recommend Ken and Dent Dominator to anyone in Raleigh.
