Have been going for years with multiple cars and tint looks good when we leave. Even if there's an issue with the tint, you can take it back with no issue. They stand behind their work! Will always come here for tint!
I came in for a custom job of Maroon tint on a BMW 650i. The young lady behind it desk refuse to help me. Do you try to chslsrge me 7 hundred dollars for a special color and there was no way around it. I was trying to support black businesses, but she sent me to the mexicans. Very sad very sad
I’ve had every car I’ve owned tinted here and never had any issues until this last time. My first car I had tinted in 2010 and the most recent car I had done was in July 2021. When I first started going to Jim’s they had a lifetime warranty on their tint. Now they only have a 6 month warranty. Against my better judgment, I thought I’d be fine as they’ve always done great work and given me great customer service. Well now I have bubbling windows and when I called about it I was led to believe something would be worked out. I know it’s way past the 6 month warranty, however as a long customer and based on the phone conversation, I expected to hear something other than I’d have to pay full price to have the tint corrected or have to pay for removal. Wasted an hour of me driving there for something you could have said on the phone. In hindsight, having only a 6 month warranty seems like they know it’s not going to last. Then they want me to pay again to only have yet another 6 month warranty. It's all good though, I’m going somewhere else to get it fixed and will have a lifetime warranty this time. Jim’s may be cheaper but there’s a reason for that. It comes at a cost. Never getting another dime out of me!
