Impressive Window Tints LLC (3M Authorized Dealer)

Got both my vehicles tinted, looked great. Driver and passenger door tint started coming off. His explanation was (it has factory tint, needs to come off in order stay on properly) if that’s the case wouldn’t all the windows need factory tint taken off? And why don’t they have issue? This guy is not being responsible and not fixing my truck tint, after paying $850 he should take care of it. For that matter not recommended, will go somewhere else to get it done. All my vehicles I’ve had done on top of factory tint, never had an issue.

A bad job overall. There are bubbles on my windshield and edges of the side windows are missing tint. Communicated these issues to the owner 1 day after and he said the bubbles are not there because “those windshield looked crips to him when the car left”. He refused to fix the bubble issues and was giving me a hard time scheduling for a make up appointment for the missing edges. Don’t get fooled by the “3M authorized retailer”branding; the necessary skill sets are simply not there. There are other better shops in the area.

I bought a brand new Q50 and needed emergency tint before I headed back to Nebraska. I called the owner and he opened the shop for me to get the tint. He was very respectful and quick with the job. His quality of work is VERY IMPRESSIVE especially since I called last minute. He never rushed my car but he did get me out in a timely manner. I will recommend this business to everyone for tinting. Thank you, loyal customer!
