Sun Stoppers Southend

Went to the Southend location on Saturday morning and was in and out within 40 minutes. I got all 4 side windows and the back done and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Jeremy and his team. A+ tint job

The tinting I had done two years ago out in California no longer passes the North Carolina annual state inspection, as I learned by having two different places test. So I am now in desperate need of having new tinting done. I created a "project" on Yelp and Sun Stoppers Southend replied almost instantly. They asked a couple of clarifying questions and provided a quote. We made an appointment for a few days later. I arrived on time (actually, a little early) and they got to work immediately. Old tint removed and new tint added while I sat in their waiting room. Speedy and professional. Afterwards, I headed back to the inspection place. Pass! I like that I have a nationwide warranty and the work is excellent. No bubbles or odd visibility issues. Just slightly darker windows and it passed inspection.

I highly recommend going here over the Concord location. Gil and Jeremy are very nice and appreciate their customers. I originally got my windows tinted at the Concord location, they did not do what I asked, then wanted to argue about my dissatisfaction and tell me about all the awards they've won. Concord was impossible to work with. After being yelled at and berated by the Concord store Manager and backed up by his wife for 2 days, the owner of all the Sun Stoppers, Thad, a real stand up guy, got me on the phone and remedied the situation in two minutes. I had to drive another 25 miles to the South Charlotte location, but it was worth every mile. Like I said, Gil and Jeremy are great Managers and they really want you to be satisfied with their product and their expertise. If you want your windows tinted or any body wrap protection, don't hesitate to go a little further and visit the South End Location. I know I will go back to them from now on. The photo of my drivers window is from Concord, that's supposed to be as dark as legally possible, 35%. They didn't even have 35% at the Concord location, and refused get it, then tried to tell me 45% was metering at near 35%, when it wasn't(I verified a 44% reading by 3 different, unaffiliated inspection stations, Concord said the 3 different meters were all measuring incorrectly, though they were within .6% of each other).
