RL Mobile Window Tinting

I do not recommend you use this company. Called on a Friday, was given a quote and was told someone could be out next day. The "tech" texted said they would be at the house at 2:00. Didn't show up till 3:45 (very little communication). Upon inspection the "tech" had done a horrible job, all the edges were extremely jagged, gaps were noticeable in all the windows, and the tint that was used, wasn't actually real car window tint (I had it looked at by another company after the fact). I tried to communicate with the tech, he said he would fix it. Tried following up again, was given one word responses with no definitive answer. Reached out to the owner of the company and was told the tech needed to take care of it even though the company hires, or employees this person to take care of the job. Called and left a message yesterday morning and texted the owner with no response. After getting another opinion I got my car fixed with a reputable company and they did a stellar job. The person who came and did the tint has no clue what they are doing, and is incompetent. I hope this review either allows the owner to find new help, develop better customer service skills or stops tinting all together cause this was the worst experience I have ever had with company. I recommend you find a new company because this is a sham.

RL Mobile window tinting took care of me and my mom's cars. I was actually impressed by the customer service when I called to get an estimate. John was knowledgeable and got me a quote over the phone. Thing is, it was cheaper than non mobile window tinting companies around here. They came out the next day, took our old tint off and got us back into shape. Our new tint is darker than before and looks good. Highly recommend this company to anyone in Raleigh looking for great quality window tinting and awesome customer service.
