I have used Shades of Grey twice now. I cannot say enough nice things about Gabrielle and the perfect work that she does! The communication is clear and timely, I will go back every time!
The customer service is outstanding, and they get the job done with expertise and care: quick follow-up and a willingness to work with you on appointments and first available. I would definitely recommend Shades of Gray. This is my second time having Gabrielle tint my vehicle; the tint is as good, if not better, than the first. I am always amazed at the quality of the work! In between visits, I used another tint shop for a different vehicle, and while the tint was fine, the clean-up was subpar. I should have just been patient and used Shades of Grey. Lesson learned, I will be a customer for life!
