I got the interior and exterior of my husband’s truck detailed for his birthday. Flawless was very responsive to my questions and flexible with their schedule and most importantly did an amazing job. It looked and smelled like a brand new truck. We were so pleased with the work and the price. Now I want my car detailed as well!
I would give this “Spa” a ZERO if I could. We took our truck to Flawless and was told they would work “magic”. That “magic” included a broken driver’s seat (after charging $100 to put seat covers on), NO touch to the truck bed (as promised), NO care to the motor (as promised), multiple areas that were not even touched, NO care taken in to the windows, and an extremely rude customer service experience when we asked to bring it back to get the “magic” we had been promised. This costs us $480 for a mediocre car wash and a $600 broken seat replacement . EXTREMELY unsatisfied.
