I am fortunate to have custom ordered a 2024 BMW 7 Series. I had the car delivered an hour and a half by an enclosed carrier to Custom Tint in Apex from the dealership. The dealership was very careful to follow my instructions and did not wash the car or remove any plastics or foam from the vehicle. They performed a minimal pre-delivery inspection. I wanted the car to be in pristine condition as possible for Aaron and Kelly to work their magic. After all, they had done such an excellent job on my new 2017 Porsche Panamera. Since having my Porsche fully detailed and protected, Custom Tint has added some additional services I wanted to take advantage of. Aaron and Kelly took delivery of my vehicle and I went over to finalize the work they would perform. Reviewing their detailed invoice, I knew exactly what was going to happen over the next two weeks. I was provided additional options up front to make sure I was aware of things they offer. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Kelly and Aaron treated my vehicle as if it was their very own. Communication regarding the work being done and what would be the next steps kept me fully in the loop. There were a few things that came up that were not normal due to this being a new model 7 series. Even strangers are amazed by the amount of reflection and shine. I enjoy pointing out to everyone the hidden and unnoticeable edges to the paint protection film. I highly recommend Custom Tint. WOW - Custom Tint did a fantastic job on my Porsche Panamera (again!). An object was thrown and scratched the PPF on the hood. The PPF on the hood was replaced and a ceramic coating was properly applied. You can definitely see the quality of work from Custom Tint. All of the window tint that was installed from another vendor 3 years ago was completely removed and brand new 3M legal tint was applied to all windows. It looks and feels fantastic inside and out! I continue to praise and highly recommend Custom Tint to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and have them Tint all of your windows, PPF your entire vehicle and professionally install a ceramic coating!
