I have done business with Ziebart over 25 years and I am done with the lack of management and customer service. First of all- they contact you to make your appointment for annual inspection and days before contact you back to cancel your appointment ...
If I could give a zero that would be too much for the Ziebart in Syracuse . I took my Bronco to have touch up rustproof as required by Ziebart . The shop manager got overspray on bumpers mirrors windows fender flares all over my running boards . 3 trips there and they can’t fix or remove it . Yet another trip and they will try to detail . Sorry just do t have time today I fix the problem after sitting there for 6 hours. Horrible service . Calling BBB to see if they can help . Next will be court . Never again .
Been bringing my car for 10 years. I've never picked my car up looking the way it does. It's usually washed and the undercoating. Like new condition. Snow all over it and still dirty. Said they couldn't wash it because it was too cold! Very disappointed.
