Ordered tinting and detailing through them for my 2016 Ford Focus ST... Not happy with them, the tints are cheap quality and started falling off the windows the very next day. There is a deep scratch on my passenger window that can't be buffed out an...

The tint they use is gilla brand which is $10/roll at autozone and when I questioned some overlooked details while working their, the owner Joseph Spadaro responded "we need to make a profit so we concentrate on getting cars in and out, we are alittle different here than high end shops". I tried getting a job their and they wanted me to train which was fine but they didnt like that I kept pointing things out that could have been done better. The manager Matt kept insisting on having the employees post on their facebooks promoting the shop and spent half the day begging people to come in. It was almost comical on the phone because he would say "You need to come in now or we wont have space for you". Joe, the owner accuses me of using drugs which is not true and claims he fired me when he wasnt even there the day I walked off because of the conditions of the shop. Yes they do a cheap detail but when it comes to a tint they use cheap film and I have seen a customer unhappy that they literally cut the weather strip off on a BMW x5. Many of the customers were unhappy.
