The staff at Titan Motorworks is beyond comparison. They went above and beyond to ensure that my cars' rims were powder-coated exactly as I had ordered. The tint is perfect and looks amazing. Katie went the extra mile and ensured extensive detail went into making sure that all of my automotive needs were met. She truly went above and beyond my expectations! Titan Motorworks went above and beyond for me. They are the type of business I am happy to support. I normally do not write reviews, but I was compelled to in this case. They did a full PPF on the exterior paint and interior trim, ceramic coat, and tints all around on my new X5. I had paid BMW of Rochester to powder coat the factory wheels gloss black. In my excitement of getting my new vehicle, I didn't notice that BMW of Rochester had done a shoddy job with overspray everywhere. Katie at Titan called me and explained the situation and sent me pictures. She offered to deal with the dealership for me and remedy the situation. She was amazing!! She had Titan's powder coat specialist redo the job (see picture) and had BMW of Rochester cover the cost of the redo and a loaner vehicle at no additional expense to me. Titan Motorworks didn't have to do any of this. But they wanted to do things right and give me my vehicle at its best. One picture is when I first picked up the car at their garage. The picture outside is after I did a hand wash one month after taking delivery. I picked up the car in the Fall of 2023, but I'm only writing this review now because I wanted to see how everything held up throughout the winter season. I am very happy with their workmanship. The vehicle looks great and I get compliments all the time. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to get things done correctly with care and attention to detail. All the people I interacted with at Titan are car enthusiasts and they treat your vehicle as if it were one of their own. I highly recommend their services!

As a new owner of a shiny black car, I wanted to have PPF installed to help mitigate the dirt, dust and protect from scratches. The team did a phenomenal job installing matte PPF and Katie was incredible to work with. I highly recommend the Titan Team for your next vehicle protection/upgrade!
