Amazing Experience with Matt and Fred! Matt and Fred are incredible to work with! They truly care about me as a Deaf person, ensuring I felt understood and comfortable throughout the process. Their patience and communication made everything enjoyable and laid-back. I recently got my new Tesla Model 3 delivered and needed paint protection and window tinting. They provided the fastest next-day service, and everything was completed smoothly! I had the front and most of my car covered with paint protection film and the windows tinted. The pricing was very reasonable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be working with them again for other projects, including more window tinting. Highly recommend!

Matt was very informative on what to use and wasn’t trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Was affordable for their ceramic tint (which is a better choice for night driving and UV protection in summer). Quick and easy and changed the whole look of my car! Thank you all of TintShop!

A few months ago, I took my car to this shop to get the windows tinted. The customer service experience at the time was just okay—not bad, but nothing exceptional either. Everything moved smoothly enough. Fast forward to yesterday, and I noticed that bubbles had started forming on almost all the windows, including the rear and front windshields, which was disappointing. I decided to head back to the shop to get the issue addressed. Fred, the service manager, took over and assured me that they would take care of everything. He promised that they would remove all the window units and reinstall upgraded new ceramic ones to ensure the job was done correctly and professionally this time around. Although it was supposed to be a same-day fix, the pick-up was pushed to the next day, which was slightly inconvenient. However, Fred more than made up for the delay by going the extra mile. He installed Paint Protection door cups behind the handles to prevent scratches, something I hadn’t even requested. This gesture was a pleasant surprise and showed his commitment to making things right. I really appreciated his exceptional customer service and his effort to ensure the job was done beyond expectations.
