This is my second experience with Premier Armour and Nick. My 2020 Y ended up with a full body wrap that really boosted my recent resale. Nick also stood by a version of rim protectors that never quite worked …. very honest and trustworthy! I just go...
**Updated Review:** I had Premier Armor install PPF on my Model Y, and initially, I was quite disappointed. The installation suffered from noticeable bubbles and misaligned edges. After taking my car back for corrections, there were still some visible defects; not all bubbles were removed, and the edges remained imperfect. However, after my initial review, **Premier Armor and the owner Nick reached out to make things right**. They took the time to revisit the installation, and this time, they ensured everything was up to standard. The car was thoroughly cleaned before the reinstallation, and the work was done under their impressive lighting booths which helped in spotting and fixing any imperfections. The difference was night and day. The PPF now looks seamless, with no bubbles or misalignments. Nick's personal involvement made all the difference, and it shows that Premier Armor cares about customer satisfaction. Considering this turnaround, I would definitely do business with them again. Their response to my initial disappointment has turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one. I'm now upgrading my review to **five stars**; the service, quality control, and customer service have been significantly improved. However, the initial experience still lingers as a reminder of the importance of timely and effective quality checks.
I recently took my Tesla Model 3 to Premier Armor for XPEL Prime XR Plus window tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I previously had 3M Crystalline on my old car, but I decided to give XPEL a try since both films are top-tier in quality. I went with 55% on the windshield, two front door windows, and the sunroof, and 35% on the back windows and backglass—and the results are insane. Aesthetics & Performance: I was hesitant about going with 55% on the windshield at first, but once I saw the difference, I was sold—it’s seriously a game-changer. Surprisingly, 55% is clearer than 70% while still giving amazing heat rejection, and I love how it looks. Visibility is excellent, even at night, and the tint gives my Tesla a sleek, premium appearance that I actually prefer over my previous 3M Crystalline. Customer Service: Nick and Jesse were fantastic. They answered all my questions, were genuine and honest, and made the whole experience smooth. It’s refreshing to do business with people who are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly care about the quality of their work. Final Thoughts: Premier Armor is 100% worth it. Their attention to detail, expertise, and customer service make them the real deal. If you’re looking for high-quality tinting with professionals you can trust, this is the place.
