Completely disappointed. After reading the positive reviews, I thought I had made a good choice to have this shop install a new receiver, I was wrong. They must pay people for these reviews. First, I specifically asked for a unit that catered more to Android Auto as opposed to Apple Carplay, I didn't get it. I asked for a unit adding on a heads-up display, I was assured I would get one installed, but I didn't. Once the installation was done, as I was being instructed by Flacko on how the receiver works, I noticed the language was not English and pointed it out. After he tried to adjust it for 10 or 15 minutes and couldn't, he said he would reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me on how to change it, since the instruction manual was very generic and didn't tell us how. I am still waiting for him to get back to me. Finally, I noticed that when I got home, one of the cameras was not reconnected and mentioned this to them, no response or resolution. I would think that a shop that doesn't offer refunds or exchanges would be a little more on top of their initial service, but I guess not. I have already dissuaded four people to find another shop, because this is not professional conduct at all.

I called 4K auto thinking it was untouchables sound but i asked for availability and Gabi said come down now. I went they took my truck right in and began installing my tints. Gabi was very helpful as to which quality and percentage tint i should pick. To the actual install hoochi was very professional and very efficient. Towards the end of the install he did not like the way the front windshield came out so he reinstalled it and let me say the ceramic tint looks amazing it looked like it was already dry by the time i left the owner was a very good person and they gave me a great price. The install was for my gmc sierra 2500 and let me say it looks amazing and clear. It took about 3 and a half hours but everyone was so nice that time flew by.
