Black tie tint

I'm very disappointed. I called over a week ago to make an appointment to have my windows tinted. Talked to the owner and got a price on putting 20% on my suv, and I also wanted to get the 5% sun strip. He quoted me a reasonable price, and I asked if I could drop it off before they open. So we dropped it off this past Sunday for my appointment tonight. Today, while I was at work, he tried to call me, and I don't have my phone on me while working. After I got out of work I had messages that he couldn't do my car because he couldn't get in touch with me. And never offered to reschedule. I have had him do work in the past, and this time was the last time I would call him. So I'm not saying not to use him, but make sure you walk him throughout the expected service. Have him repeat it back to you to make sure he is writing it down. Good luck if you use him!
