Discovered this Local gem through research, Was looking to maintain my car's paint beyond nornal means, I.E Hand washing and waxing, when necessary, I wanted to have a trustworthy professional to suit the needs of my beloved BMW's Exterior and Interior, searching here on Google, locally, I came across a local family owned buisness, VIP AUTO SPA! Sparked my interested through its website and its extensive information, excited, I sought more info, and shortly after, I was contacted by non other than Rob, A family man and proud owner of this excellent Auto Detailling buisness, he spoke to me whole heartedly, and shared with me his extensive services for detailing my car, it took me a whole year to finally decide to set up an appointment and finally take my car in to get a recent Spooky Special, I recieve texts occasionally on my phone for the latest deals and specials, and I was one of the first of 5 people to respond to the spooky special, which gave me a generous discount! So I set up the appointment via text very easily and responses back were timely, answering any questions regarding schedule and services. I was squeezed in on Friday and I was able to drop off my car as early as 8:30, given I work Nights, so that very morning I found the location in the the buisness park, in a very clean area, and very easy to locate, pulling in I found parking and checked in with the front desk, she was very patient and respectful, not much later I met Rob, finally! Excited he gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me some of the main services he and his team of professional provides, and eventually brought me to the garage where employees were working and making all the magic happen! My first impressions were beyond expectations, clean, organized, quality materials and equipment, everything to which I can happily say, am one happy client! Rob gave me complete assurance and even threw in an extra service for my windows on top of everything that was already discounted on the special! His dedication to his passions, his buisness and his family, really show by the quality of training and work ! My car was very dusty and dirty from my travels, and Rob and his team cleaned my car in a few hours and was promptly notified me when it was ready! When I arrived, My car was shiny and looked brand new! Rob also educated me and gave me reccomendations for future services and visits, Overall, I am absolutely impressed, by the quality of work, and the passion for excellent service, in regards to my loyalty, established! For them being a small team, they can be booked! I highly encourage to approach with flexibility, they have alot of work in a day and especially in the week! You allow them the time, Rob and his team will strive to go the distance and put a smile on your face! For the very moment you see your car, in pristine, like new condition, You will have to see it to believe it for yourself! Thanks Rob and team! You'll see me often for My BMWs Detailling needs!

UPDATE Owner reached out and paid for the pillar replacement and apologized for issue. They gracefully accepted feedback so they can do a better job next time. Definitely feel better using these guys now. Give them a try, I learned a lot about tint and ceramic coating. The coating looks amazing, just know it does have yearly maintenance but it's worth it. Tint: small bubbles will go and if the larger ones don't after a 3-4 weeks then they will fix that too. 5/5 Ask questions if you have them, sales team is new. -------- Original review for transparency: Cleaning and coating is done well. Tint done poorly. Pre service great. After service poor. Details: Mixed bag, other bad reviews are not wrong. Got a ceramic coat and window tint. I had a tighter schedule but the owner said it was fine and had someone stay late to get it done. Friendly in person. Got it to them one and a half hours before my appointment, they worked on it immediately. The bad: More expensive than other shops, but their ceramic coat has a warranty. (That costs additional 200 a year that was not mentioned on their website or in person.) When I picked up my car they closed an hour early so I had to text them. My car interior had some damage that wasn’t there before and they said they “didn’t see it”. They sent my car to another shop but did notify they were moving my car. The tint is… lighter than expected and full of bubbles big and small. I had to ask for the after care instructions and they no longer do the welcome kit. Inside of tinted windows was very dirty and I had to gently clean it off to see during the sunset. Drips from water were on my car screen and steering wheel. My insurance notified me of “aggressive turning and harsh breaking” when they moved it to another shop and back. Additional: I did ask if it would be a better idea to schedule a week later so they had more time but they said it was fine. Small bubbles I’m not counting because they are supposed to “work themselves out”. For $3520.00 (+200 a year for warranty) I am unsatisfied and I recommend looking elsewhere. I did contact them and they did respond but “we didn’t see any damage and oh well email you the care instructions” is all. 3/5 I will update if issues are corrected or ignored. 3 stars and not 1 because the coating appears /perfect/ on all exterior surfaces and outer glass. (Added two external wide photos) Ceramic pro “elite” dealer? Not from my experience.

I took my new Tesla Model X to VIP Auot SPA to get ceramic coating done inside and out. Plus window tinting with KAVAKA tint. Robert and his team did an excelent job! Great customer service, very proffesional and good price. Robert kept me updated and sent me photos of the progress. I highly recommend Robert and his team at VIP Auot Spa very honest and proffessional in what they do!
