Pro Tint USA - Central

I took off work to get my car tinted at the central location. I was shocked when I pulled up around 7:45 and no one was there. I would assume to start your day you would at least arrive 15 mins before you open. The young gentleman got there 7:59am. Not impressed. I scheduled my car for dark tint to where no one could see inside. Instead I got very light tint and wasted 2.5 hours of my time. Please see pics of what I am referring too. Then I had to call and complain about the service and that I did not have limo tint. I was told oh just bring it in and maybe you’re looking at the car wrong? The general manager said am I sure I have no limo tint? I said yes because my friend car is limo tint and you can’t see in her car. But, you can see directly in my car. The manager scheduled me to come in that day at 3:15 but I got a call within the 30 mins telling me to just come in tomorrow at 8am. I was told that “just incase “ they have to remove the tint. I knew right then and there it was a mistake on their end. So I went the shop anyways. When I got there the young kid working said ooopssss I am sorry I grabbed from the wrong roll. So, I said ok things happen. I just wish your GM could have been honest and say that. Instead of asking me am I sure? Like I don’t know what limo tint is? Like I don’t know anything about tint. I go the next day and take off another day. Like who can just take off work like this right? Well needless to say picture’s don’t lie. I still have no limo tint and you can see right through my car. Also, this time around the young man who did the tint work messed up my banner. If you look at the photos you will see at the tip of my car there is light coming through. Also there is light on my back window. Best way to describe it is look at the pics. At this point I’m over it. I don’t think me calling for a 3rd time is going to help. And certainly I won’t get my money back.

When we moved into our new home here in Vegas we wanted to have our glass shower tinted for more privacy for guests. LV Pro did an excellent job. They were helpful in figuring out what we wanted and they did an excellent job. Their workmanship was perfect and their professionalism was awesome and their pricing was reasonable. We also did three cars of window tint and did not know that they did residential until after we had an awesome job done on our cars. We had three cars done by LV Pro Tint. They were courteous, friendly, helpful in answering questions and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for cars or residential.

I just bought my first car and it had no tint at all, so right off the bat I knew what I needed to do. I scheduled an appointment and they got my Charger fully tinted within two hours. Great service, reasonable prices, and quality product. Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a place to get your vehicle tinted.
