Nelly called me right away & came right away as well. She gave me a great price & installation was soon enough. She even sent me reminders of the appointment date & time. Aliondra & Johnny installed my solar security film on my sunroom & kitchen garden box today…it looks great & they took their time & were meticulous. They cleaned up & left no mess. CoolVu was awesome from the beginning with getting our residential tints. They got back to us very quickly with quotes for 3 varieties of tints, with a professional website breaking down all the specs of each tint. Nelly was very responsive to all the questions we had and Alondra and Johnny were the ones who came out to install the tints. They were so polite, efficient, and professional throughout the appointment. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
