I should’ve listened to the reviews… I got a lift kit and new tires done on my jeep beginning of February. As a business you’d think they would ask if I wanted my old parts back (my wrangler is brand new so I wanted them, I would understand if it was a 2000s wrangler then obviously wouldn’t want the parts back) without asking they completely scrapped my parts. I asked for my parts back when I was going to pick up my Jeep. The guy says “it’s Friday, shop is closed up early but I will give you a call Monday and you can come get your parts”. Okay perfect! That following Monday I come in, they told me drive around back and someone will be there to put your parts in your car. A guy comes out and starts putting my old tires in my car. I said “oh no I don’t want my old tires I want my old suspension kit”. The guy continues to argue with me and say “well they told me just the tires”. After the guy is just starring at me not saying anything he finally offers to go back inside to see where my parts are. 10+ minutes later a different guy comes out and says they have completely scrapped my parts and to give them a week and they’ll have them even though I was told they were all found! Lovely! So we are a lying business now! He also said that he’d throw in a free suspension kit for my troubles. Okay great! A week roles by. I called and asked if my parts were found and if I could go pick them up. He says “we can’t find your springs so we had to order new ones from H&H. Why from H&H and not mopar or jeep? I don’t know. “I will get those delivered to your house with all your parts”. I gave him my address and he said that following Monday they’ll be there. Now it’s Monday. I have not received my package from these people. I give them a call. Keep in mind this is the same guy I have been talking to through out this entire process. His name is Mark. “Yeah so the parts never got delivered yesterday I will give them a call and call you back”. Okay sure. Never gave me a call back! My “parts” were finally delivered and the picture below is how they delivered them. If my springs were ordered why weren’t they in a box? Why wasn’t any of my parts in a box? And on top of everything those are not my original parts. They are beat up old JL wrangler parts they just found. Also I did NOT receive my free suspension kit like I was told. It took them a MONTH to finally deliver these shitty parts. I have been going back and forth with these people for a month. Please do not go here. Horrible communication, I always had to be the one to call. I am very upset with this whole situation and I will never receive my original parts.
I had my Smart Start interlock device serviced here today, and I am shocked! Finally, a tech that gets it, knows what's going on with the device and fixes it. I highly recommend them! Ask for Chris! He is super helpful and easy to work with!
