I had an appointment at 11. When I showed up, I was told to come back in an hour. When I came back at 12, I was told they didn't know when they'd be able to get me in. What's the point of making an appointment?
I had a scheduled appointment for a tint and nobody showed up. Called about 5 mins after my scheduled time and nobody answered. I even got a reminder email reminding me of my appointment. Unprofessional
