QUALITY AUTOCARE AND WINDOW TINTING LLC

The most difficult people I have ever worked with. Theres no understanding from the owner at all he just makes excuse after excuse about his LOW quality work. Left the shop the first time with scratched up tint, scratched up door panel and an insane amount of dust bubbles. After taking my car back and dealing with the owners attitude i left with more dust bubbles than the first time. Then I made my brother take my car a third time bc i was done dealing with the owners bs and he told us to wait for the “moister” to evaporate knowing damn well those bubbles weren’t going away bc there was dust stuck underneath he just didn’t want to admit that. And yes they are still there after a week. Honestly wish i never came and got involved with these people and saved myself the damn headache. But you live and you learn and I’m telling you DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! You will not feel welcomed at this place at all. They make you want to leave and never look back. And any good business owner knows thats the last thing your customers should feel.

I got my tints done here 3 years ago and the people that did them did a good job and legit. Came back 3 years later to get my other car tinted, The girl and the old man that own it deliberately scratch my tints on purpose from the inside. And they did a weak job on my headlight polish. I will never go back to this black own business again. I'm black and saying this. If you want it done right go to the white boys are foreigners. I'm disgusted, for get that lifetime warranty.

Got my windows tinted. Definitely recommend. The owner went out his way to make sure I understood what I was getting darkness wise. 2 people worked on my car, got me in and out on my lunch break. No appointments, but I called ahead to see how many cars were ahead and planned accordingly. Will definitely be back for a detail.
