The work done was fabulous. I had a Mercedes that someone smoked in and had to get rid of the smoke and took it here. The experience and quality of work is more than satisfactory! I’m planning to use this service on all my cars regularly!! Once you get past the storefront, the value and quality will make you happy!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and I were gifted a Groupon for his company to have our vehicle detailed. We called on April 15th and set up an appointment for the end of the month. After the first no show, we called back and reset up an appointment for May 19th. We called him the day prior to confirm our appointment . He said nothing was on his schedule. At this point, I decided to get involved and sent him a text message and spoke with him and set up a THIRD appointment for today Wednesday the 22nd. And you guessed it… no show. He now claims we never gave him our address. We have phone records and text messages showing dates and times when we spoke with him and showing that we sent him our address. I have contacted Groupon for a refund and will be reporting his business for fraud. You can see in other reviews, this has happened to multiple people not just us.
