Mr Tint

I got my tint done 7/2023. I was charged $530.00 just for all around tint. I'm embarrassed because I didn't educate myself. I didn't shop around. My fault. I left my receipt at the location on my 2nd visit. My fault. I was there to get my peeling right window tint repaired 1 year later 8/2024. His policy states that if you have the receipt the warranty is guaranteed. So I'm back 3/2025 (1 year & a ½ later) to get my peeling left window tint repaired. I did not have the receipt in hand, so I showed where I made the purchase from my account statement. It included his name and location. He said no. I understood. Policy is Policy. Nothing else to talk about, right? As I was leaving, he went on explaining why he needed the receipt and I kindly told him that I didn't want to hear it. HE HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE. (His employee had him on the phone) From one business owner to another, your attitude and how you treat people speaks volumes about your character. Pride will be his biggest downfall. This post is not about his policy. If could leave 0 STARS for CUSTOMER CARE and CONFLICT RESOLUTION, I most certainly would. *Potential buyers please be aware.

BEWARE!!! Most unprofessional service I’ve ever used. I drove my brand new Accord off the lot and straight to this business. After the job was done, two windows had to be re-done due to trash and a crease in the tint. Also, the weather stripping on all four doors was cut. The owner (David) admitted that they did damage it and offered me $25. After I received an estimate of over $500 from the body shop, David refused to be a man and take care of the damages they caused. He told me I would have to sue him to get anything.
