I recently had my car window shattered, and Evan from River City Auto Glass made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute breeze. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, efficiency, and expertise were evident. He assessed the damage quickly and got straight to work, handling everything with precision and care. In no time, my window was replaced perfectly, and he even cleaned up every last bit of glass-talk about top-tier service! And on top of their incredible service, how cool is it that River City Auto Glass hands out bottles of hot sauce as their "business cards"? Such a fun and unique touch that makes them even more memorable! If you ever need auto glass work done, look no further. Evan and the team at River City Auto Glass are the best in the business! TL;DR: Bryce is the person you want fixing your windshield! He'll do stellar work at a stellar price, and he really knows his stuff! He comes to you for the same price, and shows up when he says he will. Details: I'm a car guy, do most of my own work...but not a windshield. I'd had a rock hit the edge of my front windshield, starting a crack that I couldn't save myself. (I did try, having been successful a few times in the past.) I was pressed for time, about to drive back to New Mexico after selling our house, and was lucky enough to catch Bryce just as he was leaving the shop. All the other "quotes" I got that morning didn't ask the right questions to even ascertain what windshield I would actually need (different options on a car require different windshields), but Bryce did, and gave me a better price than anyone else to boot, so I went with him after seeing all the glowing reviews. His reviews are legit...Bryce really knows his stuff! One testament to that is that he was totally comfortable with letting me watch the whole process...I'm always interested, but it takes someone really confident in their work to let a stranger who clearly knows something about cars watch you work on their car! Another is that Bryce has the right tools for the job, knows how to use them, and keeps them in good shape. But at the end of the day what really matters is the quality of the repair, so I waited to write this review until I'd driven the car in the rain, left it in the hot sun, and generally gave it a shake-down, which it has now passed with flying colors. Unfortunately we have moved to New Mexico, but if I were still in the MinniApple I would always go back to Bryce...and I'll be telling my friends there that he's the one to turn to if they need glass work done, or just an honest assessment!

Needed to repair my mom’s driver side window after an attempted break in. I came across this shop when they said they could come to my house to repair the window which was very convenient! Thank you for doing such a great job!
