First Choice Window Tinting

If I could I would give this guys a 0 stars, poor customer service and horrible job quality. Went in the first time and got the tints done when I picked up my car and the windows were filled with bubblesand edges were cut too short. I waited a whole week before calling him for it. He told me to bring it back in and he will redo it. Brought it in and had him work on it again, when I went to pick up the car he was gone and left my car with the key inside it and the tints now looking even worse then the first time. Scratched and bubbles all over the windows. Call him again this time for a simple refund, which he agreed to as long as he can remove the tints. I said thats fine. Next day texts me that his “boss” told him he cant give me a refund that he has to keep trying to make it perfect. Absolutly insane, he thinks that I have the time to come to him every 3 days for retinting because he is unable to do his job properly. STAY AWAY!

He burnt the plastic trim around my window after refusing to take off the tints after messing them up the first two times. I just wanted him to take them off so I can get them done somewhere else without having to pay for the removal of his poor quality job. Jon insisted I take the car back to him so that he can try to apply the tint better one more time and I regret giving him that chance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Window tinting done today. Nice job, friendly owner.Price is reasonable.But cash only. FYI: Make sure you have cash before arrival. otherwise, CVS ATM charge you USD4 Fees for USD80 quick cash. So, If you need over USD160++ cash, You have to pay the fees 3 times.Get that in mind, go get cash first or buy something then ask cashier cash back.
