Called Morrie's to have a recall taken care of and was able to get in next day. The crew took care of my Edge. No more recall and knocked out an Oil Change for me while they had the car in the shop. The Works is really the best deal! Jada was such a pleasure to meet and chat with while waiting for my car to be brought out. Definitely plan to keep taking my vehicles there for service!
Always had good service in the past. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. I had a 2:00 appointment yesterday and settled in to wait for my oil change. When I saw that people were coming in after me and leaving I started questioning why it was taking so long. After over 2 hours of waiting I found that I got lost in the shuffle. My car was still in the parking lot and I was informed that meant I hadn't yet had my oil changed. At that point I asked for my keys and I left. I was not feeling well that day so that made it worse. I was told that the manager would be informed. I was contacted by the management and this issue was made whole, above and beyond. It restored my original confidence in Morrie's Ford in Okemos.
