Dominic was the third technician to come out to fix rear hatch window that was not put in correctly. He was excellent! He was professional, knew what he was talking about, and knew just what to do to replace the window. He patiently answered my questions, and explained what he did and what he found, and how I should proceed. I would highly recommend Dominic.

The technician, Dominic, called ahead and communicated his arrival time and helped me prepare for a quick and easy auto windshield replacement.
