Extreme Kustomz

I called this business about 3 weeks ago on a Monday to schedule an appointment for a remote starter on my car. The man told me he would be able to do the service that Friday at 5pm. The day of my appointment, I had a friend to meet me there so I’d have a ride home while my car was being serviced. My friend made it there before me and immediately let me know that the place was closed. There was no one in the building or on the parking lot of the business. I called the business to see what’s going on, the man answered and I informed him of my appointment that I had scheduled with him earlier in the week. He acted completely lost doesn’t recall anything. He didn’t even know what the appointment was for. He then asked me to drop off my car and he’d drive to his business and let me know how long it would take to complete the job. He said I could leave my keys in a mailbox. It was a regular mailbox, not the ones that have a lock on them. Unbelievable! Why would I leave my car with someone I didn’t even meet in person and leave my keys in a regular house mailbox?!? It was a RED flag when he never asked for my name or phone number the day I called for the appointment. I should’ve known that. I guess he didn't want my business. Absolutely awful and unprofessional! His name was Milt btw. Good Luck if you choose to do business with him!

If anybody has a problem with a Chrysler product touch screen. MY Jeep dealer wanted $2600 to fix the problem. I bought a new screen on Amazon for about $300 and Extreme Kustomz installed it for a great price and I saved lots of money! This guy did a great job and I am extremely happy!

Milt did an absolute amazing job installing a remote starter for my car and my husband's car. Pricing is very reasonable. Will not be disappointed.
