Auto Glass Express Silver Spring - Windshield & ADAS

Shout out to Auto Glass Express Silver Spring for getting me and my wife back on the road within days! My wife and I were driving from out of state back to the DMV and we were hit with a massive rock that spat out from the wheel of a semi-trailer truck which resulted in a massive frisbee-sized breakage in our windshield. After a failed attempt at reaching any type of customer service at Safelite through our Progressive insurance we called this Auto Glass Express location and they were able to custom order the windshield from the dealership, since our car was brand new, provide us a quote, and set up an appointment for the end of the week within minutes. The day of, I was pleasantly surprised when as soon as I walked in I was handed a check for the difference in deductible and the initial deposit we had to put down immediately. They estimated 2-hours for removal, install, and ADAS calibration, but got me out of there in a little over an hour and a half! The staff were great and welcoming and I even was able to walk to the garage and see the space and car before it got worked on. I will for sure reach out to Auto Glass Express for any needs in the future. Seamless, efficient, and great experience!

Auto Glass Express made replacing my windshield easy. Their prices are reasonable, they are upfront about their quotes and don't have hidden fees. The staff was kind and friendly. I got in and out within an hour. I think it would have been even faster if they had the part on site. Overall, speedy, friendly, budget friendly. I will continue to go to them for any future needs.
