One star is too much. I didn’t even make it past the front desk attendant who is very aggressive and histrionic and animated. If any business you go to DEMANDS your registration so that They can enroll you in a database, leave ASAP. What scary is that she wasn’t even going to share with me the reason why she needed my registration until I started to ask simple questions like why? In 2025, your name does not need to be in any database whatsoever without you for approving this and there was no notification from her until I started to ask questions. I can get 3M window tinting from 100 other businesses in a Baltimore region without having to relinquish my personal information and being enrolled in some unknown database that clearly isn’t communicated to customers unless you start asking and drilling down.

Absolutely don't know how this place is still in buisness, went for headlight tint the last at the desk made me wait 10 minutes while she was on the phone just to pass me off to someone else that made me wait while he was doing nothing. I don't recommend this place find somewhere else.

Just had mine and my girlfriend's cars tinted at D&L, and couldn't be happier with the experience and results. The woman at the front (wish I could remember her name) was super helpful. I had factory tint on my back windows and wanted my sunroof tinted, and she offered great suggestions to help me get everything the shade that I wanted.
