We contacted Window Genie about installing UV-blocking film on several windows. Jay, the owner, was very responsive in answering my questions and providing all of the info I requested on the products they use; and we were able to schedule a time for him to review the project and give us an estimate. The price was great compared to other estimates we'd gotten, and we were able to schedule the installation fairly quickly. The day of the install, Jose called to let me know they were on their way (which I always appreciate). He and Zack arrived right at the scheduled time and got straight to work. They were very personable and very professional. When the job was completed, Jose briefed us on how to take care of the film. All in all, a VERY good experience! We'll be calling on them again to install UV film on some additional windows as well as cleaning all of the windows next spring.
Quick response to my initial call. Easy to make an appointment. Fantastic 2 man crew arrived on time, gave a reasonable estimate and worked efficiently to complete the job. We had never had any of our windows cleaned professionally and the results were amazing. My windows were so clear and shiny even from the street they sparkled. I am already planning my next request for service in the spring.
