CarToys College Park

My experience here was good until 2-15-25 when road guard said it was ok to go to my appointment earlier than expected for due date so I went (didn’t even know it wasn’t possible to do ) and was charged ($25.88 plus the $114.00 )on my card, I was told by manger I wasn’t able to get a refund cause he will be out of business or credit for my next appointment.. I’m very confused cause my services wasn’t provided so I was told to come back next week Saturday to pay plus another $25.88 that it’s fair to me being a pay customer knowing I’ll be back there again for a whole year.., I wasn’t pleased with road guard also with car toys..

I took my vehicle there to replace my font speakers. I basically spent my entire day waiting on them to do what should’ve been a simple task. However I was wrong. I was told they had to run a diagnostic test and this, that and third. Do yourself a favor and bypass this joke of a business. Don’t waste your time.

Spoke with Lance yesterday morning regarding tinting options. I decided to go with another company, but even so, he was super helpful in explaining stuff and very personable over the phone. He explained the options I had, and told me he wanted to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. Seems like an honest and good guy
