I am deeply grateful to Reliable Tint for their exceptional work in honoring my father’s memory at his Celebration of Life on 11/2/2024. My father was a proud New Yorker and a devoted Yankees fan, and Reliable Tint helped us send him off in Maryland with a meaningful touch of New York. They took my design for his casket, wrapped it beautifully with a New York theme, and handled all the logistics with the funeral home to ensure it was completed and returned on time. Their staff was patient, kind, and truly compassionate, supporting us every step of the way. Reliable Tint’s professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a business that truly cares. There customer service is great. The young lady that works there was helpful and knowledgeable of what I wanted. The staff just don't follow instructions. I got my front 2 windows tinted. My main thing was I wanted legal tint. It didn't take them long at all to do it. I was very pleased with it. Remind you I kept saying I want legal tint. Well lord and behold I got pulled over. When the police checked my tint it was 18% . I call these bammer to explain what just happened. They told me to bring the vehicle in. So I did just that. Once I got there the young man was asking me again what happened and he put his meter on the window and it read something different than the police meter. Then he started asking me for a receipt. Mine you it's been about 9 months since I got it done. They don't give you paper receipts. They email them to you. I told him I don't have it. Now he's looking at me sideways. Like I'm trying to scam them. So he said I'll give you the owners number and tell him what happened. I call the owner to explain what was going on. This bammer I guess calling his self some type of detective. Talking about I'm not at the shop right now. Can I call you back in 1 hour. So I said sure. Here it is 1 week later I'm still waiting on the call back. We try to support ours, but it's hard because they are full of it

Been coming to this location for many years, with many different vehicles. Always great work and professional customer service. Good young men doing great work. Salute!
