DMV TINT SHOP - Window tinting business

Recent Reviews

I came here to get all my windows tinted big mistake. I will never deal with these people nor would I recommend anyone to ever come here. Im going to have this place investigated and shut down. I wish I had saw other reviews of peoples cars messed up before coming here. The technician who installed my tints broke my windshield and review mirror. The repair for my rearview and windshield is $382. They are not offering to fix and refusing to pay for the repair. The owner will not contact me and the receptionist says shes not allowed to give his phone number. She said hes rarely there and will just come every now and then to check in. I've never gone to a business for service where you can't speak to an owner or manager and their not on site. I've filed a report, a complaint with BBB, and will be taking them to small claims. This has also been reported to the news. This is an illegitimate business. Please be aware. Also the tint job is poor quality. There are bubbles in my windows. They are lying and did not pay for damages and have been reported. I have receipts. My windshield rearview repair is over $300. I called and explained to the front rep the damages the next day after taking my car to 2 shops for this repair. Taking off a price of just the windshield job after a damages does not pay for damages. Owner did not contact me to resolve and the rep said their not allowed to give his information. They are a rip off and illegal business. The owner will only respond on google reviews to try to cover himself but will not respectfully contact. You and your shop are under investigation. You cant be careless and damage peoples vehicles and think you will get away with it. Good to know you record so its all on video when you damage peoples cars.

Edges of the rear window were cut very poorly and were peeling the first day I got it. I thought it would go away as the tint cured but it seems it was just installed poorly. The rest of the windows look good though.

10/24- UPDATE!- Glue residue from previous tint is a $40 charge to remove. I didn't think to look for this. TWO WINDOWS is now $70. (Whole car $99) Just FYI. No picture from today's experience, I got a refund after being informed of a $40 fee to remove glue. 9/2023- 2nd vehicle tinted here. Overall, I am satisfied. I did not receive any instructions on not using the windows when leaving. I recommend them for service. I have had 12 vehicles tinted over the yrs. In the "Old Days," it took 3 days for the tint to dry. Things may be different now. 20% front doors, 15% rear windows. * I am not the owner of vehicle, but was present for services rendered.
