I would like to share my experience with this business in the hope of providing constructive feedback. I had some work done on my car's tint, but unfortunately, I started experiencing issues just two days later. The rear tint seems to be of lower quality, as I can see multiple reflections from cars behind me, which is particularly noticeable at night. When I brought these concerns to their attention, I was hoping for a resolution as promised by their lifetime warranty. However, I found the response to be less than satisfactory, as they were not willing to assist me in rectifying the situation and suggested that I contact the police instead. It feels like the warranty may not be as reliable as advertised, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in their customer service. I hope this feedback helps them enhance their services for future customers.

Got my whip tinted by them they quote 99 before tax. they do a good job and pretty quick when it’s not rush hour. They offer ceramic tinting as well its 250

Monday I had tint work done on my van. Today, 2 days later I had an issue with the tint in the front. Take van back to the shop and I'm told there is no warranty because there was tint already on the front glass. Issue for me is, why wasn't this stated BEFORE you did the work, took my money OR before I picked up the van and pulled off. If I'm paying you for a service, shouldn't the price and any conditions be told to me UPFRONT not after and when the issue presented itself? I had to pay a few more dollars for a fix that frankly could have and should have been communicated upfront and could have been addressed Monday. Then, you further show bad service by leaving the inside of my van looking like it was tossed. If you had called or something when you saw tint in the front and that it may be an issue, probably could have avoided an issue! As the expert, if an issue may arise with the tint- you could have done what may have been needed on Monday. That is called good service, pride in your work, and taking care of a paying customer. Your service and communication is below standard to pay for. Not attempting to do the job righ first time is ripping folks off. Got me once but not again.
