Pacific Window Tinting

Got the tinting done about 2 years ago. I noticed a crack in one of the tinting several months later. Contacted the office via email and the receptionist let me know that she would alert the owner and he would get back to me within a few weeks. I called the office asking for an update a month later, as no one followed up. Receptionist put me through to the owner Jared. I informed him of the situation, he says “This is the first I am hearing of this”. He then says it was a crack in the actually window and not the film so he wasn’t going to come out. I ask him how it’s possible given it’s a brand new house. He said he can’t ask the original tech who installed it because he’s no longer employed with them. Jared then says he will talk with his partners and see if they can come up with a solution. Never heard back. Not very much accountability and bad communication. Overall happy with the rest of the windows I had tinted. I decided to go with another smaller window tinting company (sierra) where the owner actually comes and does the job themselves to fix the one window I ended up having replaced.

I would definitely recommend this service especially if you have big windows!! Done quick and reduced lots of heat.

We used Pacific Window tinting for both a tint and a security film on two buildings. They came out and had us a quote very quickly and when we were ready to move forward they got us scheduled very quickly. The team that came out was wonderful to work with. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we are very happy with our experience and will use them again if needed. I highly recommend them.
