Highline Customs - Window tinting business

Recent Reviews

Fast, thorough & professional. I did a lot of research before making an appointment with these guys and along with the many positive reviews and fast response time, I chose them because I appreciate the fact that they’re a family owned/local business & they give discounts to veterans and first responders. there’s a reason Highline customs has so many stars! Make an appointment, you won’t regret it. *They have a super comfy couch so bring a book or catch up on some work while you wait. My only suggestion is to add a possible coffee/tea/water station & possibly a few magazines to rifle through for anyone that didn’t think to bring a book or coffee. That’s not a deal breaker though. It certainly wouldn’t prevent me from using their services again, more like a cool way to say “thanks for your business” to customers. Thanks Highline. You gained a customer for life!

-They smoke in their shop, thank God for Sentury Mode (1st vehicle, Oct '24). The man with the goatee I've never seen without his vape in hand. -If your vehicle looks like it just came out of a rainstorm, request they wipe it down to easily inspect the tint job. -Inspect the exterior & interior. -Stand your ground, no matter how much they convince you your complaints fall within the reasonable expectation guidelines. Our first vehicle had trapped film underneath the front passenger window, they replaced this without hesitation. Brought my 2nd vehicle in the other day for a full job, they replaced the mini window on the front passenger door. Eric indicated it had over 50 scratches on it. Eric also replaced that same door main window, due to quality issues. Rear passenger window had what Eric called a "finger pop." Eric stated this was because the vehicle left the shop too fast. Unfortunately this giant bubble was at the base of the window and there was trapped debris about 2 x 3 inches. Came back a 3rd time, and the bald brother said the window Eric just replaced needed to be replaced due to trapped film again. Eric said I was unlucky multiple times and said I was complaining about specs. On the 3rd visit I noticed the driver side window had trapped film underneath it as well. Eric started yelling/cussing me out from the garage, surely the customer waiting in the lobby heard as well. Eric refused to produce an invoice and refunded me in error. I found the receipt and Eric efunded me the correct amount. The shop took zero accountability for my reasonable complaints and even started yelling at me getting in a very aggressive manner as I told the waiting customer I wished for them not to be treated the way I was. I turned around and said, "don't yell at me sir."Everyone I shared my story with gave me kudos for staying so calm. Usually I don't take no crap from anyone but I was totally reasonable. I feel like they were pissed because I pointed out their quality issues and held them accountable. Thank God for "multiple" witnesses. Also, they made it very clear they don't smoke in their garage including weed. They said it was probably the neighbors across the way. 3 sharts because they did an acceptable job on our first vehicle and because Eric ultimately refunded me for our 2nd vehicle. Took my vehicle to another shop, and Marco did a Monster Tint job ;)

I used high line custom to take off my ripped ppf from hood.. they did an exceptional job at super amazing price at record time.. talked to Phil over phone. Went to his workshop. He gave an estimate and finally when the bill came, it was on the lower end of the estimate.. highly recommend high line customs. I will be back for any customization I need. Genuine great work and great customer service and very fair. Thank you..
