I’d like to start out by saying these are my least favorite types of reviews to leave. I’ve been traveling a lot this summer and really needed a fresh start to clean my car up. I looked for a local spot with reasonable prices and good reviews. I called here and explained I had a mold situation and that was really important to be addressed. The owner didn’t sound confident in his response but I felt like it was still worth giving them a try. I arrived 10 minutes early to a lone standing metal car cover in front of an abandoned building. Kind of sketch but I continued with the attitude of let’s give them a chance. My appointment time rolls around and a man walks up from out of nowhere, asking if I’m the appointment and if I “spoke to him” insinuating Alex the owner, I assume. I ask the guy if Alex is coming and he says he should be. I wait 10 more minute and get a call from Alex who said he’s right down the road. I was caught off guard because at no point was I informed there would be someone else detailing my car. Truth be told, I should have apologized for the inconvenience and took my business elsewhere when I pulled up to the abandoned building with the outdated materials and empty bottles of cleaning supplies all over the place. I’m not here to criticize how or where someone works. I am stating that I had a feeling and I ignored it. Now I’m really wishing I hadn’t. It took almost 3.5 hours complete my detail when I was told it would take about 2-2.5. I get back to my car and immediately notice sun spots on my front passenger door interior, the wheel wells are still dirty and honestly the leather interior does not look great. I saw a lot of missed spots. For $220 and 3.5 hours of time, I had different expectations. I will say I appreciate that Alex provided air fresheners and offered me a ride to and from because I was so close. He answered my questions and was overall a nice guy. Unfortunately, after leaving I noticed a spot on my dash that wasn’t there before. It looked like left over residue that could have been wiped up. Flash forward to today which is Sunday 8/13/2023 and that “spot” on my dash is now a set of cracks. I called Alex and explained what I saw, sent the video and he said he’d take a look. First words out of his mouth were how a detail reveals what kind of cleaning wasn’t done and how he always tells his customers that he’s not responsible for brittle plastic or any damage. He never mentioned this to me once, I didn’t see a warning label on the website, nothing. His solution has been to offer to clean the interior spots they missed. Why on earth would I want my car to be touched by you guys again when you damaged it to begin with? I explained the only solution I’m going to be satisfied with is a full refund. In my eyes, when you screw up, you clean up. Meaning if you damage someone’s car, you fix it. That didn’t happen and neither did a refund. 100% do not recommend this place for a detail. If you need a car wash on the outside and are okay with a mediocre job, this is the spot. Otherwise, take your hard earned dollars and valuable time elsewhere. This was a huge waste of time and a lot of money that I sincerely needed in my life right now which is why I’ve taken such great lengths to express my disappointments. Hope they get it together and take more pride in their work and themselves as a brand and doing the right thing. Update: My name is not Melissa. I expressed ON THE DAY OF that I was not satisfied with the service. Did you offer to do anything then? You did not. Additionally, interesting and convenient claim that the residue left behind was from something that was never there. I’ve never had anything placed in that spot. Mentioning the location is fully appropriate. I’m reviewing your place of business. This response to my review is evidence how the business skills are lacking. Instead of owning up to the fact that you did damage my vehicle, you’re offering solutions that will not fix the issue at hand. Website says customer 100% guaranteed. Refund will be greatly appreciated 👍

Alex & his team did a great job with my car. The interior shined just as much as the exterior & they were able to remove the oil stain from my seat which I’m still impressed! Not to mention the service was same day, quick (about 1-2 hrs which is quick to me), & affordable. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for auto detailing & now I know who to go to for any stain removals 👌🏽

Alex was very nice, accommodating, and professional. He did an amazing job with the interior and exterior cleaning of my car. Probably one of the best cleanings I’ve had in a while. I will definitely be back in the future. Visit him for your seat shampooing and conditioning needs or if you just want the shiniest car on the block.
