Incredible, Incredible, Incredible service from the greeting from Ms.A at the front counter to your vehicle is ready. Mike took time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted him to do to my car, then he slide some timely advice that made the finish product pop. If you want your tint and rims looking tight? Xclusive is the spot!
I recently had my car detailed at Xclusive Auto Detailing & Window Tinting, and while I initially had some concerns about pricing and quality, Mike went above and beyond to make things right. After I reached out, he personally ensured that everything was corrected to my satisfaction. His professionalism and commitment to customer service completely changed my perception of the shop. The final result was fantastic, and I truly appreciate Mike’s effort in addressing my concerns. It’s rare to see that level of dedication in this industry, and I respect the way he handled the situation. Because of his outstanding customer service and the quality of work in the end, I’m happy to update my review to five stars. Thanks again, Mike!
This was my second vehicle that I've taken to Xclusive. My first experience was excellent. I had about $11,000 of customizations done to it and it was impeccable work. Because of that, even though their prices were higher than everyone around, I took another vehicle over to Xclusive because I trusted the work. Now I will say to be upfront that there was some misunderstanding on the final billing. I understand that these are expensive jobs and that sometimes these things happen but my complaint is not with the pricing as what we haggled over was the sales tax. My issue is the work that was done on my vehicle. The customizations on my vehicle seem very rushed like they were just in a hurry to get them done because they were running behind or something. They had my vehicle for 11 days (they originally told me it would be a week) and they did not do everything that I was quoted for, and many of the things they did were rushed, forgotten, and just not very detailed. Here are a few of the things I have issue with: I was quoted $400 to have my entire front console protected with PPF. The quote says this includes the screen and the entire piano black front console area to protect them from chips and scratches. The only thing they put PPF over was the screen and nothing else so I basically paid $400 for screen protector. The emblems that they replaced on the left and right side of the vehicle are crooked. They are noticeably crooked on both sides and if you put a level on them there is a severe slant to them. They also didn't even bother replacing one of the emblems on the front grill and just left it in the box. I found it in the back of my truck when I got home. They were also supposed to put gloss black lug nuts on the vehicle but after 11 days of having my truck claimed "they hadn't come in" and that I would have to bring my vehicle back when they came in. I asked to have the charge for the lug nuts removed (which was $100) and they refused to remove the charge even though I was driving away without them. I was able to get gloss black lug nuts within one day from somewhere else. So to me this just means they forgot to order them which again shows that this was just a rushed job. They did do some things very well: The rims that they painted black and the dark PPF over the headlights and taillights is excellent, so whomever did that part of the job did outstanding work. They also put a ceramic coating on the vehicle but I don't really have a way to judge how efficient of a job they did with that and only time will tell. I was charged $6300 (which included $2000 for the ceramic coating) and I do not feel like I got my money's worth this time at all. The overall work was sloppy and unfinished and I expected more especially since I had such a good experience the first time. I wasn't aware of these issues until I left but did text the owner right away. He's texted me multiple times that he was going to call me but never has. I know they get a lot of high end vehicles in there but I still expect the same level of detail that they give those cars to be given to my vehicle. It is still a brand new $100,000 truck and when you are taking a vehicle of that amount for customization work you expect perfection, which I definitely did not get. Update: Well things are worse than they thought. They absolutely destroyed my paint. I specifically told them before I got the ceramic coating put on it that I had already corrected the paint and didn't want it scratched up. Well the attached video is the result. Water spots etched into the paint and absolutely scratched to pieces. I reached out to the owner and his response was "Black paint can show imperfections like that. I'd recommend a PPF wrap." The ppf they put on my lights to smoke them out is also peeling off one of the lights. This whole job was one big joke. This was a massive waste of money and I'm done with XClusive Auto.
