Worked great for me! Got the Alpine RS2's all around speakers and they sound so great!! I also had an issue with my car that they got electronically figured out, and I'm getting that taken care of too. 🤘🏾 No complaints!! Hope they keep at it! 🤙🏾 **UPDATE 10/10/24** So I had to go to VW for something they didn't think caused my electrical issue, found out they DID do cause it actually, and took fault for it still because they caused it. So this really stands them up there for taking responsibility!! Still a fantastic review for a FANTASTIC company!! 😄😄😄

316 Customs was great! Called them on Monday to ask for a quote for a remote start and I was impressed that they already knew price. Love the remote start and love that also set up my factory key for remote start too. I’d definitely recommend them to other people and I’ll definitely give them a call the next time I need work done on my car!

I want to say that the owner seems like a really nice guy and was helpful with what I needed for installing a new head unit. The problems I have is that not all of my steering wheel functions work after I asked if they would and the speakers pop when Siri is used or when I get or send or receive messages. Then I also asked to have remote start added. Well I left because I was told that it would be hours before I got my truck back. I came back 4 hours later and found my truck parked outside the garage. I went in and was told the stereo was installed but the remote start was not. At that point I have to say that I was irritated because I thought that when you made an appointment it was until your car was done. Now I have a car that pops when I use the feature that I wanted and no remote start. I hate to say it but I doubt very seriously that I will use them again.
