Aztec Auto Sound

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After over eight hours, they still couldn’t install my new stereo, and when I asked them to reconnect my old one, they left without doing it. Not only did they waste my time, but they also left all the wiring a complete mess. This is completely unacceptable.

They keep on insisting that it was a manufacturing issue. Also my microphone did not work. I took it back. They kept insisting that the product I bought brand new was bad. And that it wasn’t their fault. After arguments and discussion with the guy over the phone and in person, they re installed it to show me that the microphone was bad. But the microphone started working for the first time after they removed it and re worked on it.. Yet. They still insisted that it wasn’t their fault. I just told them that okay. The product just didn’t want to work. And that after the re installment. It wanted to work on its own. They also said that the harnes was bad. But after they re put everything back together it was finally good. They still didn’t own up to their mess ups and bad quality. Not coming here again. It just sucks that it’s my own people. I was going to put one star but everything works now properly even though they didn’t want to admit their faults or work on vehicle since the first place.
