These guys bend over backwards to help. Giving $100 pair of speakers for $50, and then helping you install them for free because you can't afford to pay for quality installation! And honor the warranty with a simple appointment! Not at ALL unreasonab...

Audio Specialists were recommended to me by a family member for installing a radio and backup camera on an older vehicle. I asked for an integrated camera, however they were not transparent it would be a license plate camera. It appears the came was installed upside down, which when I called they had already closed early. I had an appointment for Monday morning, however their parking lot was not plowed prior to my arrival. I’m also middle age, I prefer knobs on a radio. I wasn’t aware what they installed would be touch screen only AND that the steering wheel controls would no longer work. I’m disappointed at their lack of communication for product specifics over the phone. Due to their business hours and my work schedule overlapping, I relied on family to drop off and pick up for me. I think in person with Best Buy would have worked out better for myself personally.

Cameron was so kind and helpful. I had him install a backup camera on my car. The dealer changed out my 2013 stereo system and installed a Kenwood so I could utilize Apple car play for hands free with my phone. The dealer didn’t install it properly. Cameron trouble shot it for me and fixed it! I highly recommend Cameron and Audio Specialists in South Bend, IN.
