Auto Appearance

I had them do 2 of my vehicles. I had one specific request on my wife's vehicles. I wanted it the same percent of tint as my K5. The vehicle was completed and her vehicle is barely Tinted. You can see right in the car clear as day. My K5 was at least twice as dark. All I asked was to do the same job as prior. I'm not sure how it got screwed up.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I dropped my car off to them this morning. It is now 3 pm. It was to be done by noon. Went to pick it up and the shop was closed!!! I called several times and finally got ahold of someone. The guy detailing my car and doing the back window tint was at Lowes or Manards SHOPPING! They decided to go to lunch and lock my car in the shop. So unprofessional! I had meetings to 1:30 and 2:45 pm that I had to miss because of their ignorance. I WILL NOT BE BACK and will spread the word. You might be good at what you do, but you are unprofessional.

Jay and staff are very knowledgeable and professional at what they do...had a remote start installed on my 2018 RAM and it works great they are highly recommended by me... Thank you Jay and crew. You guys are truly amazing
